The Festival itself, 28 Sep – 3 Oct 2019, will be at the beautiful ‘Temple of the (H)Earth’, very close to Aljezur. Our deeply inspiring hosts Yves and Veerle Phara will offer a medicine walk and if weather permits a Sweatlodge before and after the festival. The site has beautiful yurts and land and a deep spirit, as well as a Sauna and a Pool. It is a warm and cosy valley, with opportunity to walk out into the wild nature, as the ‘back garden’ is the nature reserve of Vale da Nora. A unique place on earth with indigenous trees as cork oaks and medronho bushes.
We will be provided with wonderful food (lunch and dinner) by Noëlia Marreiros, who has been running a vegetarian & vegan restaurant for many years in the area. She also is a wonderful yoga teacher, and her cooking is oriented to Sattvic Food.
The deeply relaxed pre- and post- Camps will be at Sitio da Loba on the open hills around Carrascalinho, close to beaches and providing wonderful walks, and we will cook for ourselves.
